Cancellation Policy
Vaid Rubal’s Home Care Plan – Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, please review the following booking policies before scheduling your Home Care Plan visit. 🌿 Booking and Confirmation All home visit appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are available within Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) only. To confirm your booking, full payment of $290 is required at the time of scheduling. The one-time $50 file creation fee (for new clients) is not included in the visit fee. New clients will receive a link to complete the online consent form prior to their first appointment. 💳 Payments and Refunds Payments are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed. The consultation fee covers travel, in-home assessment, and Ayurvedic consultation only. Herbal products and therapy services are charged separately and can be purchased after consultation. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit, or e-transfer prior to the visit. 🕒 Rescheduling and Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the full fee. Late arrivals may shorten your consultation time to accommodate other clients. 🏠 Home Visit Requirements Please ensure a quiet, clean, and comfortable space is available for the consultation. A small table or surface for setup may be required to review herbs or reports.
